Scania Group is seeking a Technical Consultant I to join our Codema dealership in Guarulhos. In this role, you will be responsible for client service and workshop operations, with a focus on technical training and career development within our Services area.
What You'll Do
- Schedule maintenance and repair services for the workshop via phone or WhatsApp.
- Prospect for new service opportunities to ensure a steady flow of work for the workshop.
- Receive clients at the workshop, open service orders (O.S.), request credit authorization, and update client records.
- Consult vehicle history to identify if service is for preventive maintenance, repair, or warranty.
- Negotiate pricing and deadlines, identifying necessary services, technical campaigns, and safety campaigns.
- Prepare quotes, schedule services, and conduct prospecting.
- Negotiate using technical and commercial arguments.
- Handle Scania Assistance (Emergency Service) calls, managing the full process from opening the service order and negotiation to issuing the invoice.

- Complete High School education.
- Must live in the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization, planning skills, and a sense of urgency.
- Proven relevant experience.
