Medtronic is looking for a Technical Consultant to provide vital clinical and technical support for our TruClear™ system across South Poland. You will be a field-based expert, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and collaborating with sales to drive adoption.
What You'll Do
- Deliver clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals during TruClear™ procedures across South Poland.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to ensure confident system usage by clinical teams.
- Support new hospital and clinic onboarding, including staff education and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify opportunities for TruClear™ adoption and expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product performance, and procedural insights.
- Stay up to date with competitive technologies and market developments in hysteroscopic solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, medical sciences, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical support or technical consulting role, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of gynecology and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Polish (native or fluent) and English (professional level).
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Poland with occasional overnight stays.
