Scania Group is seeking a Technical Consultant to focus on technical formation and capacity building for a career in Technical Assistance. You will be integral in managing the service workflow and providing direct customer and technical support.
What You'll Do
- Schedule maintenance and repair services for the workshop via calls or WhatsApp.
- Prospect for services to ensure a steady workflow for the workshop.
- Receive customers at the workshop, open service orders, request credit authorization, and update customer registration.
- Consult vehicle history to determine if work is preventive maintenance, repair, or warranty.
- Negotiate values and deadlines, identifying technical and safety services and campaigns.
- Prepare budgets, schedule services, and conduct prospecting.
- Negotiate using technical and commercial arguments.
- Provide service to Scania Assistance (Emergency), handling all processes from opening service orders through negotiation to invoice issuance.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education.
- Reside in the region.
- Availability for shift work and travel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and sense of urgency.
- 3+ years of experience with sales and consulting.
