Smartkündigen OHG is hiring a Technical Compliance Manager to provide independent oversight and assurance of compliance to technical requirements within the iGaming industry. You will join a company of 100+ technology and iGaming experts, where you will proactively research regulations, conduct gap analyses, and ensure our products are technically compliant across jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

• Provide independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements.
• Proactively research technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets.
• Carry out technical compliance gap assessments and analyses across relevant jurisdictions.
• Advise teams on the interpretation of technical regulations and the implementation of compliant solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders, including product development and B2B suppliers.
• Ensure products are technically compliant in all operational jurisdictions.
• Interact with regulators on technical compliance matters, including reporting.
• Continuously assess product compliance and operational risks, reporting gaps and proposing solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming is mandatory.
• Work experience in an ISO27001 Compliant environment.
• Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, composure, and patience.
• A highly pragmatic and proactive approach.
• Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum management.
• Team player with a hands-on approach.
