FutureSight is looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join as the Founding CTO of a new venture reimagining Customer Success through AI. You will own the full technical vision, build the initial product, run pilots with early customers, and scale the tech stack.
What You'll Do
- Define the architecture, AI approach, and long-term platform strategy.
- Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the V1 product.
- Land lighthouse customers, iterate on pricing and positioning, and validate retention and expansion.
- Design for scale, extensibility, and customer success security best practices.
- Support the seed funding round with a strong product narrative and traction.
- Hire and lead the engineering organization as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as the CTO.
- Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning projects from start to finish.
- Previous founding experience at a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
- Risk appetite and capacity.
- Proven ability to ship LLM and agentic workflows into production.
- Technical leadership experience scaling teams and aligning tech strategy with go-to-market.
- Proven ability to engage customers, translate needs into product, and drive adoption through early sales and go-to-market execution.
- People leadership experience attracting top talent and building a strong engineering culture.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Customer Success tooling like Gainsight or Catalyst.
- Fundraising fluency and ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
- Network in B2B SaaS or RevOps communities.
