FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to launch and lead a new venture, an AI platform for sourcing cost optimization serving manufacturers. You will be responsible for shaping the vision, building the team, and leading transformation across the $10B procurement software market.
What You'll Do
- Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion.
- Build the product by working with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1.
- Raise capital by leading the seed round with our initial investment.
- Build your team by hiring the founding team and setting the cultural foundation.
What We're Looking For
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
- Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning something from start to finish.
- Previous founding experience (co-founded a product company or B2B SaaS venture) or experience at a venture-backed company.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops).
- Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities (Fundraising fluency).
- Ability to attract top talent; be a coach and culture carrier (People leadership).
- Background in supply chain and/or procurement in large manufacturing firms (Industry experience).
