What You'll Do
Act as the main technical liaison for client accounts, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing success. You'll interpret business objectives and align them with platform features, workflows, and outcomes. Lead onboarding sessions with clarity, using documentation and visual aids to ensure smooth adoption.
Engage in technical conversations—reviewing data, interpreting integrations, and supporting troubleshooting when needed. Monitor client health proactively, spotting risks and identifying paths to retention and growth. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of services.
Keep client workflows and communications well-documented in CRM systems like HubSpot, ensuring transparency and continuity across touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or tech environments
- Ability to read and discuss code, particularly SQL and Python, even if not writing it yourself
- Experience working remotely, with proven ability to thrive in distributed settings
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management platforms like Asana
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting clients based in the U.S. or UK
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in marketing technology or agency environments
- Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or data pipelines
- Exposure to podcasting, content marketing, or B2B service delivery

Work Mode
This is a fully remote role open globally. Candidates must be available during standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9 AM–6 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
