Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join the team developing a modern website. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to ensure the seamless delivery of a feature-rich website. Your core function is to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure technical implementations align with documented requirements.
What You'll Do
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive technical requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and document necessary APIs for integration with third-party systems.
- Define data exchange protocols, endpoints, and security requirements.
- Analyse the feasibility of proposed features within the technical framework.
- Recommend alternative solutions to balance technical constraints with business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity.
- Ensure technical implementations align with documented specifications during development and testing.
- Track and document changes to technical requirements during the sprint process.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in website development projects involving CMS, frontend, and backend integration.
- Experience writing user stories, use cases, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
- Ability to analyse complex systems and break them into manageable components.
