Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - Flutter Functions, Hybrid

As part of the Enterprise IT function within Flutter Group, the Technical Business Analyst plays a vital role in shaping how we scope, assess, and deliver work across enterprise platforms including Identity + Access Management, Identity Governance, and Collaboration tooling such as Slack and Atlassian. This role is critical in translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, aligning solutions with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and operational realities while supporting secure, reliable, and user-focused technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Translate high-level concepts into structured technical and functional requirements.
- Drive early discovery phases, assessing feasibility, value, and risk.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to prepare backlog items.
- Support Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Analyse and optimise business processes and workflows.
- Define testable acceptance criteria to support development and QA.
- Collaborate with Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and Engineering Manager on prioritisation and planning.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects, Engineers, and Service teams to design scalable, secure solutions.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with architecture and standards.
- Champion data-informed decision making using analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in business or technical analysis roles.
- Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- End-to-end requirement management from concept to implementation.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Slack, Atlassian/Jira, SailPoint, Okta, or similar.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Identity & Access Management, Access Governance, ITSM, or compliance-aligned delivery (e.g. SOX).
- Familiarity with SailPoint, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack administration, and API-driven platforms.
Work Mode: Hybrid, based in Cluj-Napoca, with flexible remote options and up to 20 days per year to work abroad.
