As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a central role in aligning technology initiatives with business strategy across enterprise systems. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver high-impact solutions in areas such as Identity & Access Management, governance, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements that support scalable and secure solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring traceability from concept to delivery.
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions to prepare initiatives for agile delivery.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings to maintain clarity and momentum across development cycles.
- Define measurable acceptance criteria and support testing efforts to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
- Partner with enterprise architects and third-party vendors to ensure solutions align with technical standards and long-term roadmaps.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics to validate requirements and assess outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in business or technical analysis, preferably within agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and practical resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders effectively.
- Comfort working with system integrations, data flows, and access control models.
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and stakeholder demands.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority.
Preferred Background
Candidates with exposure to Identity & Access Management (e.g., SailPoint, Okta), IT service management platforms, API-based systems, automation, or compliance-driven projects (such as SOX) will have an advantage. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, or ITSM workflows is beneficial.
