Pragtics GmbH is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to ensure our technology creates tangible business value. You will act as the essential bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex needs into clear technical concepts.

What You'll Do

Conduct workshops with business units and customers to analyze requirements and model current and target processes.
Develop robust technical detailed concepts and user stories that serve as clear blueprints for development teams.
Act as the 'Missing Link', translating complex technical relationships into understandable visualizations and explanations for stakeholders.
Actively accompany implementation, test results against requirements, and ensure no errors occur in translation.
Bring structure to complex projects, whether in classic or agile environments.

What We're Looking For

A completed degree in (Business, Media) Computer Science or a comparable qualification with a technical background.
2–3 years of professional experience in an IT project environment (e.g., as Consultant, Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer).
Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
Strong communication skills, moderating confidently between different interests (business vs. technology).
Very good spoken and written German (C1 level), as customer communication and concept creation are predominantly in German.
High technical affinity: ability to read/understand code, knowledge of database structures and APIs, and the ability to assess technical feasibility.
