Anypear is looking for a Technical Architect with strong Revit expertise to support a Perth-based architecture firm. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming conceptual designs into precise technical documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across large-scale projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
- Advanced Revit skills with excellent modelling hygiene and attention to detail
- Collaborate with design teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications
- Develop firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates
- Work closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Play a key role in maintaining high documentation standards across large project environments
What We're Looking For
- Strong Revit capability
- Highly detail-oriented
- Calm, meticulous, and methodical work approach
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy, avoid small errors, and uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams
Nice to Have
- Previous experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro)
- Familiarity with modular buildings
- Knowledge of light-gauge and mild steel construction
- Experience coordinating effectively with steel detailers
