What You'll Do
Own and expand key relationships with publisher clients, serving as their primary point of contact to ensure platform success and satisfaction. Guide partners through onboarding, integration improvements, and ongoing optimization to maximize value.
Use performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and technical enhancements, then implement strategies that scale across accounts. Act as a technical advisor, helping publishers adopt new features and improve integration quality.
Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that meet partner needs. Resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing disruption and maintaining trust through clear communication and follow-through.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in account management or business development within AdTech, preferably on the supply side
- Proven experience driving account growth and delivering measurable results
- Familiarity with technical standards including VAST, oRTB, Prebid, and SDK integrations
- Ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Native fluency in Turkish or Russian
- Additional European language skills are an advantage

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in-office for candidates in Hamburg, Berlin, or London. Remote work is available for those based elsewhere in Germany or Spain, with flexibility built into the structure.
