Experian is hiring a Technical Account Manager, Strategic Sales (Remote)

About the Role

This role is responsible for serving as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing use of technology solutions while collaborating across teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic sales accounts
  • Guide clients through onboarding and integration of technology platforms
  • Identify customer needs and align them with appropriate technical solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support account growth and expansion
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams
  • Monitor client usage and proactively recommend optimizations
  • Deliver regular business reviews with technical insights
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and technical configurations
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs within internal product and engineering teams
  • Stay current on evolving product capabilities and industry trends
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives for new offerings
  • Facilitate technical training sessions for client teams
  • Escalate critical issues following defined protocols
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Contribute to improving internal processes based on client feedback

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
  • Experience in credit, financial, or risk data domains
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or project management
  • Background in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
