Cushman & Wakefield, a century-old international company that continues to grow, is looking for a Technical Account Manager with an architectural or engineering background. This role is an ideal pivot for early-career professionals seeking a client-facing, sales-oriented path. You will act as the bridge between clients and delivery teams, tailoring solutions, driving project opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships by ensuring operational excellence through standardization and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders to understand their goals and tailor services accordingly.
- Ensure delivery teams are engaged proactively to support client needs and generate future project business.
- Collaborate across internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive growth.
- Address client issues and complaints promptly with clear, effective solutions.
- Oversee governance structures, processes, and tools, including governance reviews and digital platforms.
- Support onboarding and continuous training of in-country delivery teams to align with client expectations and financial targets.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices across the regional platform.
- Manage communication of emerging delivery issues with transparency, balancing all parties' interests.
- Partner with the Sales Team in discussions, negotiations, and renewals of Master Service Agreements.
- Act as a qualified sponsor of the proposed delivery model to secure appointments with multinational clients.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Management.
- 0–3 years of experience in a technical field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Strong interest in program management and eagerness to learn.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Logical, results-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural, multinational environment.

- Exposure to engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
- Experience in client/account management or business development.
