Banner Health is looking for an Accounting/Finance Undergrad Intern to join our team during a significant global Workday Implementation slated to run until February 2027. You will support the Accounting team with assigned tasks while expanding your knowledge of finance and accounting practices.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Accounting team with assigned tasks related to the global Workday Implementation.
- Expand and develop your knowledge with exposure to a variety of roles related to your area of study.
- Participate on work teams, contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks as needed.
- Perform research and prepare reports on assigned topics and/or projects.
- Work as a member of a team providing service to internal and external customers.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with coursework related to the internship.
- Accounting/Finance major within 2 semesters of degree completion.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge related to accounting, finance, or the assigned unit.
- A dedicated and hard-working attitude with the ability to take direction well.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with commonly used office software and personal computers.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
Team & Environment
You will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $17.00 - $17.00 / hour, based on location, education, and experience.
