PostHog is hiring a Technical Account Manager to own a book of business with engaged, high-paying customers ($20k+/yr ARR) who have expansion potential. You will be responsible for driving multi-product adoption, maintaining long-term relationships, and owning customer feedback directly with product teams.
What You'll Do
- Own customer feedback and ensure it gets to the wider PostHog team, working directly with product teams.
- Be hyper-responsive to customers, acting as an extension of their existing team, primarily using Slack for communication.
- Be an expert on all PostHog products to help customers see value and adopt them.
- Own the long-term customer relationship and sell new products as they are built.
- Help customers achieve their goals over time, expanding their usage and product purchases.
- Say no to customers who are not a good fit for PostHog.
- Build white-glove, 1-1 customer relationships.
- Be laser-focused on helping customers who match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
What We're Looking For
- Technical enough to help customers solve real problems without needing to ask a sales engineer for help.
- Able to go deep on understanding PostHog's products, including technical ones like Feature Flags and Data Warehouse.
- Commercially-minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue.
- Strong customer focus to help users and remove blockers to using PostHog effectively.
- Good at handling relationships strategically to expand customer usage over time.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with similar technologies: developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines.
- Previous ownership of several customers in the $20k-100k+ ARR range.

You'll be part of the Sales & Customer Success team, reporting to Simon Fisher.
