KPMG Spain is looking for a Tech Program Intern to join our Technological Consulting practice starting May 2026. This internship is designed for STEM talent to help companies and society respond to challenges through knowledge, innovation, and technology investment.
What You'll Do
- Develop studies, reports, and sectoral analyses related to strategy, competitiveness, and economic development.
- Analyze and implement new technologies, including organizational diagnostics and proposing operational solutions.
- Support the digital transformation of business and social ecosystems by defining plans and identifying processes for digitization.
- Assist in creating Balanced Scorecards for data visualization and interpretation.
- Improve internal processes through operational diagnostics and process reengineering.
- Provide business advisory services, including defining new business models, marketing, and financial restructuring.
- Work on internationalization and investment attraction projects, designing strategies and identifying strategic priorities.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Required proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general office tools.
- A high level of English.
- Ability to sign a six-month internship agreement with your university or educational center.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactivity, excellent oral and written communication, motivation for professional growth, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- A related Master's degree.
- Language level certificates or knowledge of other languages.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java, and data processing/visualization tools like PowerBI.
