Talan is hiring a Tech Lead Power BI to guide a client through the modernization of their data assets, reporting, and BI tools, primarily within a GCP environment. The mission focuses on transforming existing reports into a modern, sustainable, and performant Power BI architecture while upskilling the client's teams.
What You'll Do
- Guide the client's upskilling in advanced Power BI practices, data modeling, report optimization, and data visualization.
- Lead the transformation of a defined scope of existing reports to a modern, sustainable, and performant Power BI architecture.
What We're Looking For
- Senior consultant with proven Power BI expertise (minimum 5 years experience).
- Mastery of DAX, Power Query, data model design, publication to the Power BI service, and security management.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and upskilling users through training and documentation.
- Successful track record in report migration or redesign projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a pedagogical approach, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in program optimization and advanced algorithmics.
