Truelogic Software is looking for a Tech Lead (JavaScript/Python) for a 2-month project. This role is pivotal in architecting full-stack solutions and leading a team to deliver scalable, production-ready digital experiences. You will serve as a technical authority and the primary client-facing technical contact.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture and development of full-stack solutions across diverse digital environments.
- Serve as a technical authority and coach for engineering teams, setting quality standards for code, testing, and automation.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team to maintain project health and successful delivery.
- Provide technical direction on platforms, frameworks, and styling strategies to drive innovation.
- Ensure delivery of fully functional, scalable, and maintainable production-ready solutions.
- Advocate for cloud-based architecture and deployment strategies on platforms like AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
- Contribute to and enforce internal standards for development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Set and manage expectations to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in a modern front-end framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular acceptable).
- Familiarity with the Django/Python ecosystem.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
- Team leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on fostering collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to internal teams and clients.
- A collaborative mindset with a balance of humility and confidence, comfortable in cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments, with a growth-oriented approach.

- Familiarity with Wagtail is highly desirable.
