Mission statement
We're hunting for a Delivery Manager who'll work across multiple squads, ensuring strategic technical alignment, bulletproof trading system reliability, and rock-solid regulatory compliance.
You'll partner directly with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering to champion a culture of measurable improvement, leveraging DORA metrics and industry frameworks to drive data-backed enhancements in delivery speed and quality.
Your mission? Empower teams to crush their outcomes while seamlessly coordinating across engineering, operations, and QA to obliterate blockers and align delivery practices with mission-critical business objectives.
With calm, decisive leadership, you'll transform complex challenges into crystal-clear, actionable roadmaps — balancing rapid iteration with the stability and compliance demands of financial markets.
Note: This role requires working within CET timezone hours (max +/- 2 hours deviation).
Key responsibilities
Leading Continuous Delivery: Drive the delivery lifecycle proactively, empowering teams to hit their targets. Utilize DORA metrics to assess and continuously refine delivery processes, generating actionable performance and quality insights.
Strategic Technical Alignment: Closely coordinate with Product, Engineering, engineers, QA, and operations to ensure delivery decisions align perfectly with business strategy, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement goals.
Trading System Reliability: Guarantee delivery practices consistently support the stability, risk management, and performance standards crucial for mission-critical trading systems.
Regulatory Oversight: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all development and deployment practices meet regulatory requirements, with impeccable documentation and auditability.
Quality Assurance: Line manage QA engineers, own the QA automation roadmap, and work with leadership to elevate automated regression and integrated testing processes.
Background and experience
Proven track record in engineering-led organizations applying modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
Demonstrated expertise in applying DORA metrics to measure, evaluate, and improve delivery processes.
Deep understanding of designing, testing, deploying, and operating large-scale, high-reliability software systems.
Experience coordinating across product managers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, and compliance stakeholders.
Background in high-performance, regulated environments like finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus.
Understanding of trading and financial markets is highly advantageous.
Competencies and personality
Agile, Lean, or related delivery methodology certifications are a plus
Project management qualifications
Expertise in delivery performance frameworks (DORA, Accelerate) for data-driven improvements
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
