Talan is seeking a Tech Lead Java to serve as a senior technical referent within our Open Source practice. In this role, you'll be responsible for technical project oversight, coaching teams, and ensuring the coherence and quality of all deliverables.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with architects to define and design innovative architectures.
Design and implement applications using the Java and Spring ecosystem, including microservices architectures.
Ensure technical oversight and guarantee technical consistency across projects.
Contribute to the technical backlog and propose user stories to boost productivity.
Challenge Product Owner demands and participate in analysis and design phases.
Prepare and present demos to end users.
Drive continuous improvement of team craftsmanship and clean code practices.
Ensure code coverage and the overall quality of Talan deliverables.
Lead training sessions focused on team pain points and problem resolution.
Raise team awareness about production importance.
Guarantee the maintenance and quality of technical documentation.
Participate in internal management meetings and provide project progress visibility.
Act as a technical referent for other Tech Leads, both at client sites and internally.
Manage and monitor other Tech Leads on training, certifications, and career evolution.
Lead Tech Lead circles and participate in weekly collaborative tech watch sessions.
Conduct permanent technological watch.
Contribute to building and disseminating Talan's technical offerings.
Participate in the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

A BAC+5 degree.
At least 5 years of experience as a Java Tech Lead.
A first experience with management.

Nice to Have

Experience accompanying projects through to production.
Passionate about technology topics.
Comfortable advising and challenging client demands.
Belief in agile methodologies.
Strong communicator both orally and in writing.
Desire to contribute to a community of experts focused on evolving practices and continuous learning.
