Sopra Steria is looking for a Tech Lead Java to join our team, providing technical leadership within project squads for major clients. In this role, you will be involved across all project phases, responsible for code quality, best practices, and solving complex technical problems.

What You'll Do

• Act as the technical referent within a development team, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and resolution of complex technical problems.
• Work in an Agile context.
• Participate in defining the technical architecture for generative AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and aligned with objectives.
• Guarantee good project practices and ensure the quality of developments.
• Propose ideas within technical committees and maintain a privileged link with the solution architect to define product directions and guarantee quality and security standards.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines in a DevOps context.
• Supervise and support the development team in a dedicated cloud environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in generative AI and the integration of associated new technologies.
• Be an active member of the technical community and contribute to technological watch.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent University degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Java developer role.
• Mandatory experience on projects integrating AI models.
• Mandatory experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong interest in team management and willingness to take on responsibilities.
• Experience in Front and Back development.
• Expertise in generative AI, specifically experience integrating generative AI APIs offered by Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Versatile with good interpersonal skills.
