This role is central to driving the technical vision and execution of full stack applications within a fast-paced, agile environment. As a Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical implementation, ensuring that software solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term architectural strategies. You will lead by example through hands-on development, while also mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Your expertise will guide critical decisions around technology choices, system design, and performance optimization, directly impacting the quality and delivery speed of products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical plans, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret requirements from product teams to develop high-performance, scalable cloud solutions
- Evaluate and communicate trade-offs between technical approaches to support decision-making
- Lead implementation efforts including coding, automated testing, and deployment support
- Conduct technical analysis and propose solutions through spikes and proof-of-concepts
- Guide and support junior engineers through hands-on mentorship and code reviews
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment within the development team
- Actively participate in agile processes across all stages of the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular for full stack development
- Strong experience with frontend JavaScript and working with JSON data structures
- Familiarity with development tools including GitHub and Jira
- Experience working in a Linux environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Knowledge of TypeScript and testing frameworks including Pytest, Jasmine, or Cypress
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
