Encora is hiring a Tech Lead Full Stack developer to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will support building integrations and maintaining and improving existing code. You will work closely with the product team to gather requirements and refine tasks.
What You'll Do
- Digest requirements from the product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems.
- Share and discuss your opinion on different approaches for the solution.
- Implement solutions from coding to testing (including automation) to production deployment support.
- Analyze and propose solutions (Spikes, PoCs).
- Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases.
- Lead technical discussions with the team.
- Mentor junior development engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Python, HTML/Javascript/CSS, and Angular.
- Experience with JavaScript (frontend) and JSON.
- Experience with Github and Jira.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of or experience with agile development (Scrum).
- Experience with Typescript, Pytest, Jasmine, Cypress, or other open-source End-to-end testing frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
