reply3 is hiring a Tech Lead to lead technical direction, design robust solutions, and guide a development team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership in a dynamic startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical mentorship and oversight for the development team.
- Analyze existing applications, architecture, and constraints.
- Gather and formalize technical requirements.
- Design solution architecture, select technologies, and define implementation patterns.
- Manage deployments to testing and production environments.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience coaching developers, onboarding new team members, problem-solving, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in full-stack development: HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS, and the Angular and Spring Boot frameworks. Experience with Git.
- Solid knowledge of protocols and architecture: HTTP, REST, distributed/microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Awareness of security and operations: OAuth2/OpenID Connect, TLS, X.509 certificates, security management, and vulnerability remediation.
