Boost is hiring Team Support Specialists to play a crucial role in supporting our development teams to deliver exceptional value for clients. This is a purpose-driven role where you’ll either champion office coordination or provide software team coaching, depending on your strengths and interests, all while fostering team culture and performance.
What You'll Do
- Support development teams to deliver exceptional value for clients.
- Contribute through either office coordination or software team coaching based on your strengths and interests.
- Office Coordination path: Champion Manaakitanga and hospitality, welcome visitors, make coffees, help create a great office environment, organize team events, support administration tasks, and use creativity to identify and meet team needs.
- Software Team Coaching path: Inspire teams with energy, facilitate meetings and workshops, contribute to project planning, learn agile concepts to help teams reach high performance, work with clients to bring clarity to projects, and drive initiatives and improvements across the business.

Work Mode
