Be part of the legacy as a Team Member Experience Champion/Human Resources Coordinator at the newly opened Conrad Orlando, a Hilton property inspired by nature and fashioned for adventure. You would be responsible for assisting the Director and Managers in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function to deliver outstanding guest service and maximize profitability.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate daily Human Resources operations in team member and labor relations, as well as team member relations programs, activities, and initiatives.
- Conduct professional in-person communication as the greeter for the HR department, routing and distributing incoming requests appropriately.
- Support Team Members with Benefits Resources and Enrollment Information via professional phone, text, and email communication, conducting timely follow-ups.
- Oversee the data management system, including entry and auditing of team member data, and generating and processing reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Record employment transitions using programs like TMX and Taleo; support team members with FMLA/LOA initial requests.
