Opus Talent Solutions is hiring a Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on the EMEA Tech market. In this role, you will manage client relationships, drive new business development, and maintain your own billing responsibilities while growing and mentoring your team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
- Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
- Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
- Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.
