Labelium is looking for a Team Leader SMA/SEA to join our B2B division. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and lead a team of consultants, driving online media strategy and ensuring client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Manage a client portfolio autonomously for Performance and/or Branding campaigns.
- Provide strategic online media recommendations and develop campaign strategies.
- Launch and optimize campaigns across SEA and other channels.
- Analyze campaign results to seek constant improvements.
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships with clients.
- Conduct market watch and share your expertise.
- Manage relationships with key media vendors, including Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage a team of 3 SMA and SEA Consultants, organizing their workload and coordinating missions.
- Control, evaluate, and ensure the well-being of your team members.
- Develop your team's knowledge and skills, helping to build internal career paths.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+3 to Bac+5 education from a Business/Communication School or specialized university training in digital marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) within an agency.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills to deliver weekly strategic recommendations to clients.
- Very good command of Excel, PowerPoint (or Gsheets, Gslides) and major media buying platforms.
- Knowledge of essential features in analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics.
- An appetite for managing large international accounts, particularly in the retail and mass distribution sector.
- Fluent English, with the ability to lead client calls autonomously.

Team & Environment
You will be part of a media team of over 60 consultants. You will report directly to the Business Unit Director while managing your own team of 3 SMA and SEA Consultants.
