About the Role

Domino's is seeking a Team Leader, Accounting to manage the financial reporting and team operations for our Global Supply Chain Division. In this leadership role, you will ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements while supervising a team of accountants and overseeing key accounting projects.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and supplemental reports for the Global Supply Chain Division, performing analytics as requested.
  • Ensure financial statements conform with U.S. GAAP accounting principles and company policies.
  • Review period end close packages and associated financial statements.
  • Ensure all balance sheet account reconciliations are completed satisfactorily and on time.
  • Analyze the profit and loss statement and identify key business trends.
  • Hire, train, and supervise team members, including 1 Accountant II and 4 Accountant I positions.
  • Evaluate team performance and develop team members for bench strength.
  • Provide audit support during SOX and external testing.
  • Update and maintain SOX process narratives and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Lead the team in testing system upgrades and newly implemented systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in accounting or finance.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and prepare financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database applications.

Nice to Have

  • Supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years prior experience in accounting or finance.
  • PeopleSoft Financials and HFM experience.

Team & Environment

You will manage a team of 5 direct reports (1 Accountant II, 4 Accountant I) and report into accounting leadership, including accounting managers.

This role operates on a hybrid schedule and is based at the Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
