GRG USA LLC is hiring a Team Leader to play a key role in store success. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help build customer relationships, manage daily operations, and maintain the brand’s high standards for visual presentation and service.
What You'll Do
- Promote a positive shopping experience to build and maintain meaningful long-term customer relationships.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Optimize inventory management and increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain brand and visual merchandising presentation standards and directives.
- Manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Nice to Have
- 2 years of retail experience.
- Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills.
