ALDO Group is hiring a Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary team in digital development. This leadership role is ideal for someone early in their leadership career who excels at connecting people with effective methodology. You will ensure the team has the support it needs to succeed and guarantee delivery against current priorities and professional direction.
What You'll Do
- Build a culture where team members can safely test, fail, and share ideas.
- Help the team meet change with security and curiosity, making changes manageable.
- Lead work processes, workshops, and meetings that remove obstacles and create progress.
- Understand the domain and contribute to exploring solutions to the problems the team will solve.
- Follow up with each employee in a way that creates well-being, balance, and development.
- Collaborate closely with domain management regarding priorities and progress on deliveries.
What We're Looking For
- Higher relevant education, preferably within team leadership or change management, minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as a team leader, scrum master, or similar.
- Experience with digital development in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- A natural ability to listen, include, and create structure.
- Experience with complex processes and regulations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: kr. 640,000 - 800,000 depending on qualifications. Higher salary considered for particularly well-qualified applicants.
