Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Team Lead Software Development (m/w/d) to lead and coordinate a small team of software developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will develop project plans and schedules to drive development projects to successful completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate a small team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of development projects.
- Monitor and improve existing software applications considering best practices and latest technologies.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to optimize their skills and performance.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as a Team Lead in Software Development with a track record of successful projects and team leadership.
- Proactive approach to driving topics forward and solving problems.
- Solid knowledge of Python and Linux.
- Deep understanding of agility and roles in agile development.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to think and act strategically and future-oriented.
- Appreciative and approachable communication, yet also clear and demanding.
- Desire and ability to build high-performance teams.
