simpleclub is looking for a Sales Operations Manager m/f/x (Remote) to be the central force scaling our sales engine. You will own the entire sales funnel from Sales Qualified Lead to Closed Won/Lost, driving velocity through continuous process improvement, data-driven insights, and effective tooling.
What You'll Do
- Optimize the sales funnel from SQL to 'Closed Won' by improving Sales Velocity.
- Design and maintain deal-routing and coverage models to maximize seller productivity and balance workloads.
- Manage the forecasting cadence with sales teams for weekly, monthly, and quarterly commitments, including pipeline reviews and slippage analyses.
- Co-administer the sales tech stack with RevOps, ensuring adoption, data quality, and usability of CRM, sequences, quote tools, and automations.
- Ensure pipeline hygiene and process compliance by enforcing stage-exit criteria, monitoring data integrity, and identifying funnel bottlenecks.
- Build a data-driven sales culture by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving dashboards and analytics for sellers and managers.
- Work closely with RevOps to ensure system, data, and process alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Conduct practical training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, and CRM best practices to ensure adoption.
- Collect and prioritize sales-user-stories and translate them into workflow, automation, and UX improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function like Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent German and professional-level English skills.
- Proven experience owning sales processes and forecasting cadence.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret numbers, derive insights, and act accordingly with sales teams.
- Admin-level experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot Sales Hub.
- Experience with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology for workflow automation and operational efficiency.
- Initial experience with automation and integration tools like Zapier or n8n and a basic understanding of databases or data-sync concepts.
- Experience building documentation, training, and internal toolkits to promote operational excellence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (Data/Ops) and non-technical stakeholders (Sales Reps, Leadership).
- A hands-on operations mindset that tackles day-to-day topics and drives continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline to set standards and ensure consistency.
- A remote-first mindset and ability to work well in ambiguity.
