Watershed is looking for an Engineering Manager, Product to be a founding leader in our new Mexico City office. You will lay the foundation for our Engineering expansion while directly managing the team that owns our Supply Chain product module.

What You'll Do

Be a founding leader in our Mexico City office and lay the foundation for Engineering expansion through our next stages of company growth.
Be a first-line manager leading the team that will own our Supply Chain product module.
Hire, manage, and mentor a local team of 4-8 engineers.
Be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers high-quality software on time.
Partner with product managers, designers, tech leads, and peer engineering managers in the US and UK to align roadmaps and execution.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of engineering team management experience.
8+ years of combined software development and management experience.
Proven track record hiring great engineers.
Proficient coding skills with strong system design capabilities.
Good product sense and experience working closely with Product, Design, and customers.
B2B product experience.
This position is required to be in person in our Mexico City office.
Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week.

Nice to Have

Enterprise SaaS experience.
"Site Lead" experience with a distributed engineering organization.
