5+ years of eCommerce CRM Experience: You’ve mastered the world of retention and bring min. 3 years of experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams
The Builder: You have a proven track record of launching new revenue streams and scaling CRM flows
Analytical Rigor: You are a data native who lives in cohort analysis and knows how to move the needle on CLV, churn rates, and retention KPIs
Tech & Strategy Powerhouse: You possess deep expertise in Klaviyo and the Shopify ecosystem, combined with a strategic mindset to design "set-and-forget" automation
Creative Brand Storyteller: You pair your analytical side with strong copywriting skills to ensure every touchpoint—from email to unboxing—feels like a "Love Brand" experience
