AlexStaff Agency is hiring a Team Lead Node.js to lead the development team for an enterprise-grade AI platform. You will be responsible for product architecture, system optimization, and developing data integration systems while mentoring the team.
What You'll Do
- Mentor the development team.
- Design and develop product architecture.
- Optimize the system by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing queries and processes, and setting up monitoring for stable operation.
- Develop a system for uploading and integrating corporate data.
- Work with application performance.
- Write code on the backend and frontend with a focus on architecture and management.
- Synchronize tasks with VP of Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Sales teams.
- Form approaches to enterprise product development and develop engineering practices in the company.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT.
- 2+ years as a Team Leader or Technical Manager with a team of at least 5 people.
- Strong Node.js, Meteor, MongoDB skills.
- Experience in developing and optimizing high-load systems.
- Experience working with React on the frontend.
- Experience optimizing database queries.
- Understanding the architecture of distributed systems.
- Experience in optimizing performance and scalability (working with databases from gigabytes to terabytes).
- Experience in finding and fixing problems with memory and processor load.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
- English B2+.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing and implementing systems for downloading/integrating large amounts of corporate data.
- DevOps experience.
- Experience programming in low-level languages (e.g., C) before switching to Node.js.
