SoSafe is hiring a Team Lead Engineering - AI Platform to lead the design and delivery of our Agentic AI Platform, laying the foundation for how AI is built and used across all product teams. You will translate SoSafe's AI strategy into concrete, production-ready platform capabilities, while building and guiding a hands-on engineering team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of SoSafe’s Agentic AI Platform.
- Translate SoSafe’s AI strategy into concrete, production-ready platform capabilities.
- Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Enable multiple product domains to reuse shared AI agents, workflows, and infrastructure.
- Establish strong standards around reliability, observability, privacy, and compliance for all AI-powered features.
- Act as a technical and strategic partner to product, data, and security stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building platforms and still writes code regularly.
- You have experience designing and scaling shared systems used by multiple teams or products.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, greenfield environments and turning strategy into execution.
- You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI systems, data platforms, or complex distributed systems is a strong advantage.
