Vodafone is hiring a Team Lead to design, build, and operate the Local Vodafone Business Managed Services Operations team in Dublin. You will be accountable for building the technical and process capabilities to deliver managed security, cloud, and SaaS services with operational excellence, defining the strategic vision and leading a team to safeguard clients’ digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Accountable for the end-to-end set up and delivery of the Local MSO in Ireland, working in partnership with Central MSO and other local teams.
- Define the technical infrastructure to set up the Local MSO in Dublin.
- Deliver excellent customer experience for Managed Services throughout Sell, Build and Run journeys, including onboarding, preventive and reactive functions.
- Manage service and security incident detection and response, forensic analysis and post incident review and improvement.
- Manage the product and customer lifecycle of managed services, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering departments, preferably Electronics or Computer Engineering.
Nice to Have
- Security certifications such as GIAC GCIH or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+).
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solution Architect (SAA-C03) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
- SaaS certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).

You will report to the Head of VB Managed Services Operations, working in an international matrix environment.
