Lola Blankets is hiring a Team Lead, Customer Support (Night Shift) to manage and support our night shift operations. You will lead the team responsible for providing excellent customer service outside of standard business hours.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Customer Support team during night shift hours
- Manage team performance and ensure quality service delivery
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer support leadership role
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with remote team management
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Poland.
