YGO is hiring a Team Lead, AI Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal and external representative for your pod, communicating with product, design, leadership, clients, and partners.
• Orchestrate pod activities by breaking down initiatives, sequencing tasks, identifying obstacles, and managing transitions between workstreams.
• Directly collect client requirements and integrate them into the pod’s workflow to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation.
• Participate in product planning with a product-minded perspective, influencing scope decisions and trade-off evaluations.
• Support team members in making product-related choices and setting priorities, even when working alongside engineers with deeper technical expertise.
• Contribute as an individual developer by leading feature development from start to finish, using AI tools to generate Golang backend code and reviewing outputs for quality and system alignment.
• Attend client meetings to clarify requirements, provide delivery updates, and maintain constructive, professional relationships.
