Join Brand Boosting GmbH as a Teacher/Lehrer (m/w/d) HR-Consultant/People & Culture, where you will guide beginners through the fundamentals of HR. Your role is to teach a defined curriculum, foster individual peak performance, and collaborate closely with our learning and career teams to deliver an engaging, practical training program.
What You'll Do
- Teach HR generalist fundamentals to beginners using a set curriculum.
- Motivate participants and support them towards individual peak performance.
- Document attendance, lesson progress, and performance levels of participants.
- Shape and maintain a positive group dynamic in a purely online setting for a pleasant learning and working environment.
- Work closely virtually with our learning and career teams to ensure an appealing and practice-oriented training experience.
- Actively contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of learning content based on current market trends.
What We're Looking For
- Generalist HR knowledge, e.g., through a degree or relevant training and further education.
- Ability to guide learning processes purposefully, teach in an engaging way, promote knowledge transfer among participants, and practical experience.
- Ability to accompany participants empathetically, steer groups dynamically, and foster motivation and trust for effective learning.
- Excellent German language skills for teaching.
