EMSU GmbH is hiring a Field Sales Manager - LEH (m/w/d) to expand the reach of our Retail Media platform. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchant customers from EDEKA and REWE, managing your territory strategically.
What You'll Do
- Manage your assigned territory in a structured way, coordinating with the team.
- Approach identified prospects and continuously acquire new customers.
- Consult and support customers through both inside and outside sales.
- Develop and participate in actions for existing customer development.
- Contribute ideas for optimizing sales structures and processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Relation, and Marketing teams.
- Take on additional customer groups as agreed.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales/field sales within the grocery retail (LEH) sector.
- Confident handling of independent merchants in grocery retail.
- A convincing and winning demeanor with a talent for understanding customer needs.
- High motivation and a constructive approach to product and workflow collaboration.
- Very good German language skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software Hubspot.
- Experience in a startup environment.
