About the Role
Deliver engaging online English lessons to students of various ages using prepared curricula and interactive tools during scheduled live sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online English classes for learners of different age groups
- Follow provided lesson plans and teaching materials accurately
- Maintain consistent class schedules and punctuality
- Interact with students in real time using video and audio tools
- Provide feedback on student performance and progress
- Track student attendance and participation
- Use digital whiteboards and teaching aids during lessons
- Support students in developing speaking, listening, and comprehension skills
- Adapt instruction to suit individual learning needs when possible
- Communicate with parents or guardians as required
- Participate in training sessions to improve teaching techniques
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and teaching resources
- Ensure a positive and encouraging classroom environment
- Meet performance standards for engagement and attendance
- Respond to student questions during and after class
- Prepare for lessons in advance using provided materials
- Follow classroom management protocols during sessions
- Use approved teaching platforms and software tools
- Report technical or behavioral issues promptly
- Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
- Uphold student data privacy and confidentiality
- Complete required administrative tasks on time
- Engage in periodic performance evaluations
- Collaborate with teaching coordinators when needed
- Support curriculum implementation with consistency
