You'll deliver engaging lessons to students in China, working with the same learners on a regular basis to ensure continuity and strong rapport. What You’ll Do
- Lead interactive English lessons tailored to individual student needs

- Collaborate with a dedicated associate for guidance and feedback
- Stick to a fixed weekly schedule for predictable work hours
What We Look For
- Near-native or native English speaking ability with clear pronunciation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet, HD camera, and microphone
- Bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CETL or similar)
- Commitment to teaching consistently for at least six months
- Previous experience in ESL or language instruction is a plus
