Kyndryl is hiring a Tax Analyst to support tax operations across Latin America, focusing on withholding tax (WHT) processes. In this role, you will ensure compliance and operational efficiency by issuing certificates, calculating taxes, and preparing reports.
What You'll Do
- Issue withholding tax certificates across Latin America.
- Calculate withholding taxes based on subject, base, and rate, adapting to local regulations.
- Prepare and deliver tax-related reports.
- Record and process invoices as part of the accounts payable cycle.
- Apply accounting principles and corporate policies in daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax processing.
- Manage multiple invoices and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tax-related roles.
- Basic understanding of withholding tax (WHT) and country-specific exemption requirements.
- Experience in accounts payable processes.
- Ability to calculate taxes using subject, base, and rate.
- Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple invoices and deadlines.
