Arcadis is hiring a Task Manager

Arcadis seeks a Task Manager or Staff Scientist/Engineer to join the team in Casper, WY. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to support projects through all phases of the site evaluation and remediation life cycle. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual seeking career growth in environmental consulting and the remediation market.

What You'll Do

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures for yourself and your project team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders under Project Manager supervision.
• Support the development of conceptual site models, contamination delineation, and contribute to the design or optimization of site remedies.
• Write and review technical reports.
• Help organize work schedules with Arcadis staff and subcontractors.
• Produce cost estimates, forecast project spend, review invoices, and track key performance indices under supervision.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in the environmental industry.
• Previous experience with environmental sampling, technical report writing, and data evaluation.
• A strong focus on health and safety, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and policies.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, with an annual 8-hour refresher if applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a closely related field.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the larger Global Resilience Business Area, reporting to a Project Manager.

• Compensation range: $73,301 - $120,947.
