HireHawk, a remote-first organization supporting high-performing global teams, is hiring a Talent Success Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure contractors excel by guiding their performance, strengthening alignment with client expectations, and proactively resolving challenges.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors and ensure alignment with expectations and performance standards.
- Monitor productivity using performance tools, identifying trends in output, consistency, and efficiency.
- Evaluate individual and team performance to ensure SLA adherence and quality outcomes.
- Provide structured feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate operational needs and translate performance data into actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Operations, Staffing, or Contractor Success.
- Hands-on use of productivity and performance-monitoring tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills in remote, distributed-team environments.
- Ability to evaluate individual and team output against SLAs and quality standards.
- Experience tracking performance trends and productivity data to identify gaps and inform operational strategies.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, onboarding, and operations teams for contractor enablement.
