Kraken is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a 12-month contract to join our Global Sourcing Team. In this role, you will build candidate pipelines in our fast-paced, fully remote, and async-native environment, requiring extreme ownership and a builder mentality. You will be part of a mission-focused company accelerating global crypto adoption for financial freedom and inclusion.

What You'll Do

Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
Gather, organize, and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying target talent pools and industry trends.
Collaborate with the broader sourcing team to leverage best practices in research, boolean searches, and networking.
Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches.
Act as an ambassador for Kraken, sharing our values and building brand awareness.
Participate in research projects and initiatives that improve our hiring infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

An exceptional track record sourcing talent for high-growth, high-bar technology or product businesses facing ruthless competition.
High craft: ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies with strong expertise in boolean and X-ray sourcing.
High motor, scrappiness, and a strong product sense.
Sound appreciation for talent acquisition fundamentals, paired with creativity and inquisitiveness regarding modern tactics.
High agency, a strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries.
Comfort in chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting.
Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge; Fintech or crypto understanding is required.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Global Sourcing Team, operating in a remote-first company with Krakenites in 70+ countries speaking over 50 languages.
