ScaleSource is hiring a Talent Sourcer (Junior) focused on active candidate hunting, pre-screening, and pipeline management. You will generate a steady flow of qualified candidates across multiple roles and geographies, ensuring clean ATS data and strong sourcing coverage. This is not a full-cycle recruiter role.
What You'll Do
- Actively source and hunt candidate profiles using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Conduct resume reviews and initial pre-screening to validate experience, English level, availability, time zone alignment, and basic role fit.
- Filter inbound applicants and maintain clean, organized pipelines inside the ATS.
- Build and refresh talent pools for recurring and high-volume roles.
- Publish job openings across approved platforms following a quarterly publishing calendar with defined activity and content goals.
- Perform accurate data entry, tagging, and documentation of candidate profiles, notes, and sourcing sources in the ATS.
- Identify duplicates, outdated profiles, and unqualified candidates to maintain data hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to understand role priorities and sourcing needs.
- Share sourcing insights such as candidate availability, market challenges, and talent trends when relevant.
- Support ad-hoc sourcing projects during hiring spikes or urgent requests.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent research.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and basic Boolean search knowledge.
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working inside an ATS and following structured processes.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously.
- Professional remote work setup with reliable internet connection.
- Strong written communication and responsiveness.
- Ability to follow sourcing guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes.
- Willingness to submit a short introduction video as part of the recruitment process.
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing talent globally (LATAM, Africa, Asia) is a plus.
- Prior experience working with staffing or recruiting agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD $750 to $1000 per month.
