ELVTR is hiring a Talent Sourcer

ELVTR is hiring a Talent Sourcer to build a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses. You will conduct systematic research on LinkedIn and other platforms using established strategies. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine.

What You'll Do

• Follow developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
• Establish initial contact with potential instructors.
• Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
• Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Sourcer.
• Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building pipelines.
• Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with AI Tools for outreach.
• Comfortable working with different industries, such as technology, gaming, and publishing.
